We understand that plans sometimes change, and we’ll always do our best to work with you.
For complete cancellations at any time, a $10 processing fee will apply. Pre-paid ticket reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund (minus the $10 processing fee for credit card transactions). After this point, all sales are final, and no refunds can be issued.
For limited seating events—such as wine or beer tastings—refund requests must be received no later than one week prior to your scheduled trip, as space is extremely limited. After that time, all sales are final.
If the railroad must cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or credit toward a future ride. No-shows will be charged the full ticket price.
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation—it helps us keep these historic rides running for everyone to enjoy.
